Summit 2009 SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS 
Funds secured through sponsorship commitments will be used to cover the costs associated with the development and organization of this special event. The one-time sponsorship is fully tax-deductible under US law.
FRIEND OF SMART ($1,000)
• One complementary registration
• Following the conclusion of the conference, a copy of the complete list of all delegates is sent to each sponsor
• Sponsor can have access – for use on their website - to the digital audio and video files of the presentations and discussions.
• Sponsor may deduct sponsorship payments from their US Federal taxes.
GIFT SPONSOR BENEFITS (less than $5,000)
• One complementary registration
• Recognition from podium as official sponsor during the opening/closing sessions
• Following the conclusion of the conference, a copy of the complete list of all delegates is sent to each sponsor
• Sponsor can have access – for use on their website - to the digital audio and video files of the presentations and discussions.
• Sponsor may deduct sponsorship payments from their US Federal taxes.
SILVER SPONSOR BENEFITS ($5,000)
• Inclusion of sponsor’s name and logo onto all digital and print materials (eg website and press release and printed program)
• One complementary registration
• Recognition from podium as official sponsor during the opening/closing sessions
• Inclusion of sponsor-provided documentation into the “Briefing Materials” (provided to all delegates prior to their attendance and/or during the conference)
• Following the conclusion of the conference, a copy of the complete list of all delegates is sent to each sponsor
• Sponsor can have access – for use on their website -- to the digital audio and video files of the presentations and discussions.

GOLD SPONSOR BENEFITS ($10,000)

• Inclusion of sponsor-provided documentation into the “Briefing Materials” (provided to all delegates prior to their attendance and/or during the conference)
• Opportunity to send to delegates a stand-alone sponsor-provided document (before or after the conference’s closing date)
• Following the conclusion of the conference, a copy of the complete list of all delegates is sent to each sponsor
• Sponsor can have access – for use on their website -- to the digital audio and video files of the presentations and discussions.

PLATINUM SPONSOR BENEFITS ($20,000)
• Inclusion of sponsor’s name and logo onto all digital and print materials (eg website and press release and printed program)

• Opportunity for sponsor’s executive to address delegates during conference
• Input from sponsor during the creation of the conference agenda
• Inclusion of sponsor-provided documentation into the “Briefing Materials” (provided to all delegates prior to their attendance and/or during the conference)
• Opportunity to send to delegates a stand-alone sponsor-provided document (before or after the conference’s closing date)
• Following the conclusion of the conference, a copy of the complete list of all delegates is sent to each sponsor
