Ilona Posner is a Usability Consultant striving to improve the user experience by making technology more usable and useful. Working in Human Computer Interaction for over 20 years, Ilona has consulted for Apple, Autodesk, Bell Mobility, Yahoo! and other companies in Canada and US. Hoping to instill the appreciation for the users’ needs in the next generation of technology specialists, Ilona teaches at the University of Toronto, Canadian Film Centre’s Media Lab, and OCAD’s Executive Masters in Design. She holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
