Robert C Polk

M2 International
Mr. Polk is the President and CEO of M2 International, Inc. He is responsible for operational planning and marketing, contract negotiations, project planning and overseeing all business activities. He serves as the principal-in-charge on major program and construction management contracts.
Mr. Polk is an experienced operations planner and manager. He has over 30 years executive management experience in the public- and private-sector. His experience includes operations and program management, labor and industrial relations, as well as contract negotiations and compliance. His experience prior to joining M2I/MMIM is primarily in the area of transportation. He was the Director of the City of Detroit Department of Transportation, managing more than 2000 employees. In addition, he served as the Assistant Deputy General Manager –Transit Operations of the Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority.
A significant portion of his experience is in the area of transportation planning and operations and maintenance studies.
