Deena Platman is a Principal Transportation Planner with Metro, the regional government for the Portland Oregon metropolitan area. Ms. Platman manages the Regional Mobility Program, which provides leadership and coordination with partner agencies to plan and implement regional transportation system management and operations strategies. She holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Portland State University and a B.A. in political science from University of California Los Angeles. Previously, Ms. Platman served as the freight program coordinator for both Metro and City of Portland.
