SMART Conference Participants

Kate Kozlowski is the Executive Director, Global Trade and Transactions for Ford Motor Company's Office of the General Counsel. She oversees a legal staff that is responsible for all of the Company's major acquisitions, divestitures and associations world-wide. She also manages legal affairs for the Company's global export operations, which sells product into more than fifty countries. Kate was legal advisor to the team that drafted and implemented Ford's first Human Rights Code of Working Conditions. Kate has also lived in Cologne, Germany where she was responsible for the Company's European Regulatory Matters. She returned to the United States to establish the Company's first Global Compliance Office.
