Ben Kohrman
Transportation and DHS Advisor
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ben Kohrman currently serves as the Transportation and Human Services policy advisor to Governor Granholm, and in this capacity he works with the Department of Human Service and the Michigan Department of Transportation’s executive leadership to support departmental policy alignment and activities.
Prior to joining the Executive Office, he held the position of PIO, Director of Communications in MDOT; MDP Director of Communications and Deputy Press Secretary for the House Democratic Caucus.
Ben attended the University of Michigan and graduated from Columbia College in Chicago, IL.
