SMART Conference Participants

Gail Jennings is a South African writer and communication strategist, working in the local government, renewable energy, sustainable transport and public health sectors. She writes and manages much of the City of Cape Town’s external communication, and is the editor and publisher of Mobility magazine, a transport quarterly aimed at policy-makers, transport planners and engineers, and anyone interested in 21st century mobility choices. Gail’s favourite mode of transport is her bicycle – which, unlike in Europe and the US – requires a defiant attitude and excellent skills in logistics.
