Terri Blackmore is the Executive Director of the Washtenaw Area Transportation Study an inter-governmental planning agency. The Agency is responsible for the travel model and development of the long-range transportation plan for Washtenaw County as well as the other planning responsibilities required of urban planning agencies. She has served on many transportation-related committees in the region and state. Ms. Blackmore received a Bachelor's of Science from Michigan State University in Human Environment Design with concentrated studies in Engineering, Planning and Economics.
